i'm now obsessed with keane's hopes and fears album. their music matches my own melancholy. and the scraps of that mushy longing to belong with someone- that no amount of caffeine and nicotine can't wash down yet- scratch my skin like paper cuts.
(i was half-way through a thought- the thesis statement of a communication plan i'm crafting when the urge to just share that with you propped up- tingled my spine like how stubbles on a man's chin make me want to kiss deeper.)

I popped in on a whim and got a quickie! Wicked.
"Somewhere Only We Know" is forever etched in my brain from when they were promoting the album on the late night talk show circuit.
That sort of melancholy can be enjoyable in a distant, hopeful sort of way.
By the way, I took a stab at translating your first sentence:
"Give me animal fetish!" Seriously.

Ô¿Ô: you got the animal part right. hayop literally translates to animal but not in this usage tho. its slang cussing-translates to: mother of a whore! kickass! (something like that).

but that's what blogging is all about, getting personal with a select audience! i haven't spoken with u for so long ... i doubt if a quickie hang out would do us any good. we should have an overnight thing in ur new place!
keane, coldplay, all those bands that came out with frontmen being emotional and sensitive and all...
i call their genre "weepy rock," with gin blossoms as the granddaddy of the whole movement.
i like some of it, though.
